Since I did write a bunch of drabbles for a contest over at tthdrabbles , I figure I'd post them here as well.

So not completely fanfic, but still has to do with writing.

So I thought joining a RPG would be fun. That I could meet some fun people and write a little bit and interact while writing. Nice idea. Too bad the game didn't work out well.

How can I look back and try to think I enjoyed something that was so drama packed that I didn't have fun and got into fights with my boyfriend. Yeah, that sounds super fun. And my characters weren't important at all once I had to go on hiatus - cause gee, why can't I post everyday when I work 50 hours a week - and were basically forgotten about. And when I do quit? Suddenly, its like I never existed. The people that I thought were somewhat friendly and such blocked me from their friends list. Bitches.

So fuck RPGing. It was a failed experiment.

I'm going back to fanfic.

This is going to be strictly a writing journal, dedicated to helping me keep track of what projects I am working on, which projects I should be working on, and what stories I have started and should finish. In that vein, these are the list of stories that are currently unfinished:

As I can see, I do have quite away to go just to finish the stories I have already started. Yet, somehow, two plot bunnies are already floating through my head, one involving a Buffy/Pirates of the Caribbean crossover, the other involving Buffy/HP crossover AFTER the seventh season and seventh book, respectively.

I will probably work on something tonight, possibly the BSC one, though any of them would be an improvement over how much I've worked on them in the past. Hopefully this will be a way to help me get going on my writing, instead of spending all of my time RPing.

As the title says, yay for updates! I have finished rewriting Chapter 3 of Coming Darkness, a chapter that combines the old chapter 3 AND the old chapter 5. So I'm happy with it and I can now work on the next chapter, which is a completely new chapter in comparision to the old version. Yay!

Also, I dislike plot bunnies. The current one revolves around the Baby-Sitters Club, as random as that is. I think it is a combination of wanting to write about my fave characters in BSC land (Abby) and just cause I've gotten so into the fandom. So, be sure to be on a look-out for that one.

Again, I'm all about the sporadic updating. But I have FINALLY managed to rewrite Chapter 2 of Coming Darkness and it is posted both on FFN and on my Yahoo Group. My writing is finally getting up to speed and I've managed to plot out the entire story.

I finally finished my secret santa gift! I'm relatively pleased with it, though I do wish I was more into the Buffy/Angel relationship. But I did what I could with it, so I'm happy with that.

Also am posting it here just for the heck of it, mostly so I can keep track of what I've done. Hehe.

With the sporadic updates. Oh well - it happens.

Been busy busy busy! Hopefully the business with slow down a little...maybe. Def have to finish the secret santa fanfic. Hopefully I'll get it finished/worked on/much progress made on it tonight. I've got my fingers crossed, at least. That's my plan and I'm hopefully sticking to it.

So really looking forward to New Years! Hopefully my string of really fun New Years will continue - though after the DDR, the drinking, the candy, and the hanging out with really good friends before "the group" dissolved, last year will be hard to top. Though I have a gut feeling this year will be a lot of fun, so I have faith in it for this year.

And with that, I'm off. Hopefully to go shopping (hehe) and get some writing done.

Yeah, I totally suck at updating this journal. I guess I just get too distracted with other things to worry about this, especially when I'm not getting any writing done. *pout*

My calc book has been loaned to someone for all of next semester. :) Now it doesn't have to stare down at me from my big pile of books, laughing at me because it loves torturing me. So...yay for no longer having to look at the EVIL calc book. Nope, def not a fan of calc. It can bite me.

Slowly working on both a teaser fic (at least one) and the main fic for the secret santa. Very slowly, though, bc I have been busy studying for finals, finishing stuff up, and all that exciting stuff. Hopefully will get the teaser fic out by the end of the week (here's to hoping, at least) and can get working on maybe another one and the main one. I've got my fingers crossed.

Also hoping that I can get parts of The Long Road revised and finished. Considering I only have four new chapters left to write and only a few to finish rewriting, I think I can do this. At least get it finished because people have enjoyed it and because it'll be a weight off of my shoulder so I no longer have to think about it. And can then start working on Coming Darkness and my whole big Star Wars/PR crossover thing.

3.) Working on fanfic100 assignment.

Have also been thinking about venturing into some different fandoms. I had an idea for a Peter Pan fic (from the 2003 movie) that I think could have a possiblity to come out nicely. Also some other random things...think it would be bad of me to do another fanfic100 type deal, except this time at twisting the hellmouth for Buffy/PR crossover? Yeah, me too. But I might keep that on my possible list - when I finish some of the other stuff, of course. So, to match the other list, here is a possibility list (mostly so I can remember)

2.) tth100 Buffy/PR
3.) BSC fanfic?
4.) Animorphs fanfic?
5.) Frost fanfic100?

The secret santa assignment will be a bit challenging, IMO, since it is something I haven't really written before. But we shall see how it goes.

Yeah, so I survived Homecoming weekend. This is a plus. Though it was a very...interesting homecoming weekend, what with my former taekwondo instructor hitting on me. Very strange. Def was not expecting that.

But got to see tons of people I haven't seen since last year! Which was TOTALLY awesome and lots of fun, though I was kinda drunk. THough there's nothing wrong with that. As long as I'm not totally drunk/not aware of what is going on/not remembering things/not getting sick, everything is good. Those things are just not allowed. Nope. Not at all.

Ok - time for me to do work and then watch the baseball game! Rooting for the Astros cause I'm not ready for baseball to be over with for the year! *sniff*

My football team lost last night :( It was very sad, because now they prob won't make the play-offs. High school football, btw. And another one of their big players is injured, so it was just a very sad game to attend. But that's the way of sports - one team slowly fades away and another one takes their place. Still sad though.

Yeah, haven't started working on fanfic (my bad!) but hopefully will have some time this week, since I do have some ideas about the fanfic100. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will end up having more free time than I expected. With one of my classes canceled, though, there is a possiblity for that.

So it is now official: I am part of the fanfic100 project. So I'll probably start writing as soon as I can, cause I already have some story ideas. Yay! Feels so great to have the creativity going again, cause I've been stuck for awhile.

But hopefully I'll be able to start working on the fanfic100 project tomorrow - and maybe some other fanfics. Today I'm booked. All day. Gotta go to a football game, which should be fun. Maybe I'll bring a portable radio with me so I can listen to baseball game tonight (total baseball fan!). My team isn't even in the play-offs, yet I think I've watched or seen parts of every single play-off game. Yay baseball and yay sports in general! Anyway, time for me to take off!

Long time since I've posted! Yep, still alive...just been incredibly busy. Since I didn't really have internet this summer, since I was working across the country from where I live, I couldn't post that well. Internet typically helps this.

Anyway, still working on stories. Just signed up for fanfic100 (scary!) on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Have had some story ideas running through my head, but I do intend to finish my unfinished fics! I really will!

Real life has been fun (haven't felt like that in awhile!) and for those of you wondering why I didn't exactly get any fic done since January...let's just say things were not going well for awhile and working on fanfic was the last thing on my mind.
